Powerlessness is more or less one of
the prime reasons for which the world is the way it is today, and even though
some might argue about the wealth and bounty of the world while some would argue
about the technological level and the comfort level of the modern world that we
live in, it cannot be understated the way in which humanity as a whole is
hurting at this moment.
Our entire way of life is more or less
based on hurting others so that we can get ahead, robbing others of their power
in order to bolster ourown.
This is something found everywhere,
from schools all the way to third world countries, and powerlessness can and
will indeed wreak havoc on humanity if left to do so.
Why?
Because it promotes the idea of being
the victim, more or less stripping people of not only their dignities, but also
of their drive, their resolve, their hopes and dreams, the feeling that wearepowerful
beyond measure becomes nothing but a wasted dream in the eyes of powerlessness.
The
people that are not giving up
It is at this point that people decide
to give up, they simply look around, keep saying to themselves that: “maybe
this is the way things are going and I am just one person, just one human
being, I am too little and too weak to do anything about it.”
However not all people will do that.
There are still a few that have made
it their mission to help other people, and through their powers combined, they
help other people get empowered as they go.
They teach them about themselves and
how big they really are, they teach the people about what it means to be
powerful, they help them rebuild their lives and bring their families back
together, they teach them that no matter how dark a storm is, there will always
be a sunrise after it, provided that you are willing to ride it out.
People like the activists from A Giggles Welfare Organization, an NGO
that has been dealing with cases like these for a good period of time now, activists
that have not given up on the ones that have given up on themselves and have
dedicated their lives to this noble cause, constantly running around helping
as many people as they can and at the
same time giving them a voice and making them heard by all.
It is the good people from A Giggles Welfare Organization that we
should be looking to in order to see what the human mind and the human spirit
ca do and how much it can heal even the deepest wounds in the souls of the ones
that have lost all hope and faith.
It is a hard task to pull off, it is
taking and it will take a lot out of them, but these people have the willpower,
the drive and the dedication to keep pushing forward, for as long as there are
people out there that are powerless, their job is not done yet.
